Ballymena Golf Club
About Ballymena Golf Club
Founded in 1903, Ballymena Golf Club is an established parkland venue on Raceview Road, close to the village of Broughshane in County Antrim. Its 18-hole course provides a traditional club setting, with tree-lined stretches and views across the surrounding countryside. Ballymena serves an active local membership while also welcoming visiting golfers and organised society groups. The clubhouse offers a place to meet before or after a round, and the club operates its own membership application process. Its location outside Ballymena makes it accessible to golfers across the Antrim area, while more than a century of club history gives it a well-established community identity.
Course Information
Ballymena’s 18-hole parkland course is set in the rolling countryside around Broughshane, with mature trees and traditional fairway corridors framing the round. Its position outside the town offers open views towards the surrounding Antrim landscape. The course provides a full-length club golf experience, with a mixture of sheltered and more exposed holes shaped by the natural terrain.
