Ballymoney Golf Club
About Ballymoney Golf Club
Ballymoney Golf Club is a family-established parkland course near Gorey and Courtown in County Wexford. Founded by Ron Breen and his family in 1993, it occupies countryside close to Tara Hill and within reach of the M11. The 18-hole par-71 course is known for mature trees and its approachable but testing layout, with different lengths available from its tees. Ballymoney offers club membership alongside visitor golf and organised group outings. Its position between Gorey and the coast makes it a practical option for local golfers and people exploring the south-east, with the natural landscape providing a relaxed setting for a full round.
Course Information
Ballymoney’s par-71 parkland course measures 6,337 yards from the white tees and was established in 1993. The layout runs through mature countryside near Tara Hill, combining tree-lined holes and established greens with a mixture of longer and shorter challenges. Its setting close to Gorey and Courtown gives the round a distinctly south-east Wexford character.
