This index 1 hole is lined with trees and laurels defining the entire length of the hole accuracy off the tee is essential, a strategic tee shot finding the middle of the fairway is a must – too far left and a draw is required for your second shot, too far right and a little fade is necessary. Needless to say, Knockmore can be a card maker or breaker! Gracehill Golf Course is set in the Gracehill Estste, which now boasts The Hedges Hotel, The Pantry Coffee Shop and sits on the edge of the now famous Dark Hedges. These iconic trees used in the filming of HBO’s epic series ‘Game of Thrones’ were used to film the scene known as The Kings Road.
